Starting out formalities:

  • Departure days between 2 and 6 pm.
 Boarding:

  • As soon as the boat is ready.

  • WC and shower according to the opening hours of the base.

Information on the waterways

Waterways :
On the Canal du Nivernais and Canal latéral à la Loire the locks are manual with lock keeper. They are open daily from 9am to 12pm and from 1-7pm. Closed on 1st May and 14th July (Canal du nivernais opened on the 14th of july).

On the Canal du Nivernais, the boats are accompanied by a lock keeper for several locks (from March to June and in September and October). In July and August, there is a lock keeper at each lock.
