Information on the waterways

Waterways:
The locks from Bernburg to Wettin are operated by the lock centre of the WSV in Bernburg.
These locks are open from Monday to Thursday 7:00-19:00 and from Friday to Sunday 7:00 to 21:00.
Please contact the lock staff by telephone. From Halle-Trotha to Merseburg-Meuschau, some of the locks are self-service or manned by a lock keeper. Please contact the latter by telephone.
The locks are open all week from 9.30 am to 7 pm. Further information is available at the mooring harbour, from the waterway maps or at www.elwis.de
